A Community Built to Give Back

The Founders National Police Foundation represents the next chapter in what Founders Shooting Club and its members have built together. Created in partnership with the FLEOA Foundation and launching with $2 million in initial funding, the new 501(c)(3) nonprofit will provide rapid emergency financial assistance to law enforcement officers and their families when catastrophic events turn their lives upside down.

At the heart of the Foundation is the Founders community. From the beginning, Founders was designed to be more than a private club, it was built around relationships, shared values, and a genuine respect for the men and women who protect our communities. Every member who has joined Founders, supported our clubs, participated in our events, and helped our community grow has played a part in making this next step possible. The Foundation is something our entire membership can take pride in because it is an extension of the community we have created together.

The Foundation’s mission is simple: when law enforcement families need help, we want to be there quickly. When an officer or family experiences a qualifying catastrophic event, the Foundation will be structured to identify the need, verify it, and target delivery of emergency financial assistance within 48 to 72 hours, helping bridge the critical period before traditional benefits and other resources become available. Initial efforts will focus on Florida, Massachusetts, and New York, with a vision to expand the Foundation’s reach as the Founders community continues to grow.

This is about more than establishing another charitable organization. It is about turning the strength of our membership into something that can make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. Together, Founders and its members are building a community that stands behind those who serve, and one that is prepared to step forward when they need us most. This is our Foundation. This is our community. And this is what it means to be a Founder.
